1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tari Electra's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services
Tari Electra provides electrical solutions including but not limited to:
- Submeter installation and maintenance
- Electrical products and equipment
- Energy management systems
- Technical support and consultation
3. Reseller Agreement
Resellers must comply with the following terms:
- Maintain professional standards in all customer interactions
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Honor warranty terms and conditions
- Complete required training programs
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for products and services:
- Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Refunds are subject to our return policy
5. Warranties
Tari Electra provides warranties on products and installations as specified in individual product documentation. Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
Tari Electra's liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate agreements with 30 days written notice. Tari Electra reserves the right to terminate agreements immediately for breach of terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
